ConfluxContext

此合约可用于 Solidity合约 中，用以查询 Conflux Core 网络信息，包括：

• epochNumber - 当前纪元号
• posHeight - PoS链的当前区块高度
• finalizedEpochNumber - （由PoS链）最新确定的PoW纪元号
• epochHash - Get epoch hash by epoch number
